Ring Sizes
Please use the ring sizing guide to determine your ring size. All ring sizes must be quoted at time of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information when placing your order. There will be a re-size charge (plus postage) for any rings that have to be amended following an order.
How do I work out my ring size?
This is easy to do. Take a piece of string or a thin strip of paper and coil it around the base of your finger. Mark the point where it overlaps with a pen. Measure (in millimeters) the length from the starting point of the string/paper to the pen mark. You will now have the circumference measurement of your finger. Divide this number by 3.14 to determine the diameter of the ring you need, then use the ring sizing guide on this site to find your ring size.
If you are buying a ring for someone else you can use the same procedure. Simply take a ring belonging to them and place it on your own finger. Use the string/paper technique to measure the circumference of the finger that their ring fits or the place on your finger that the ring rests. Alternatively, you can take any existing ring to a local jeweler to be measured.
How long will it take to make my ring?
All rings are custom-made to order in the size requested. This means they take a little longer to arrive than other items that are held in stock. Marianne will personally email you following your order to advise on timescale. As a guide, four weeks is the maximum time expected for ring orders. Commissions for variations on designs may take longer. If you need your ring for a particular date, please let Marianne know and she will try to help.
Where can I see the Jewellery?
Marianne has a growing number of stockists around world and takes part in temporary exhibitions where selections of her jewellery can be viewed and purchased. Marianne personally exhibits at design fairs in the UK - a perfect opportunity to view her complete collection in person and discuss the designs with her. We will let you know about these shows on the website. You can also subscribe to the newsletter to receive information and invitations to these shows.
