Shipping & Returns

Delivery Destinations
Marianne’s jewellery can be sent all over the world. When placing your order you will be asked to enter your shipping address. Please ensure you select the correct country for delivery as this selects the appropriate shipping costs for your country. 

Customs Charges 
International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. We have no control over these charges.

Shipping Times
Most items are made to order and can take between 2 – 4 weeks. However, if an item is in stock it will be posted within 2 working days. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item’s progress.

If you require an item for a specific date please contact Marianne before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. Marianne will do her best to meet any deadlines. 

Estimated Shipping Times
UK – Next day delivery by Special Delivery. Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature. 
International – Airsure & International Signed For services. Parcels take between 3 and 7 days, depending on destination. 
Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. 

Where are my goods?
If you have not received your goods within the specified lead-time, please contact us and we will check on the progress of your order. Please include as much information about the order as you can and the date the order was placed. Some products, due to the nature of their production have long lead-times, but don't hesitate to contact us for an update. 

Returns Policy 
If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied we are able to offer a repair or replacement service. Please contact Marianne first, or if a gift, ask the purchaser to contact us. We will arrange a repair, replacement or gift certificate as appropriate. Refunds are offered at Marianne’s discretion. We regret that earrings and custom made items, such as rings, cannot be returned.

When returning from outside the UK, you must contact us within 14 days to alert us to any problems with the items. Failure to do this will mean that we will be unable to accept returned goods.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our studio. We recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service (or your country’s equivalent) to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part from the original order.
