Delivery Times
If an item is in stock it will be posted within 2-5 working days. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item’s progress. Most rings are made to order and can take between 2-4 weeks. Please see individual listings for expected dispatch lead times.
If you require an item for a specific date please contact Marianne before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. Marianne will do her best to meet any deadlines.
For all shipping methods you will be contacted with the tracking number and notified when to expect it to arrive with you.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is fully trackable and insured and guaranteed to arrive next working day from date of dispatch.. Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Royal Mail Airsure items are tracked and fully insured. Parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 working days to most of Europe and 3-7 days to the rest of the world. You will be issued with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Fedex International Economy parcels are fully trackable and insured. Parcels will arrive between 2-5 working days depending on destination country. You will be issued with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address
When placing your order you will be asked to enter your shipping address. Please ensure you select the correct country for delivery as this selects the appropriate shipping costs for your country. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery.
Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. We have no control over these charges.
Where are my goods?
If you have not received your goods within the specified lead-time, please contact Marianne and I will check on the progress of your order. Please include as much information about the order as you can and the date the order was placed. Some products, due to the nature of their production have long lead-times, but don't hesitate to get in touch for an update.
Returns
Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied I offer a repair or replacement service. Please contact Marianne within 14 days of delivery of your order to arrange the return and return the item to Marianne within 21 days of delivery. Marianne will arrange a repair, replacement or exchange as appropriate. Refunds and exchanges are offered at Marianne’s discretion. Regretfully, earrings and custom made items, such as rings, cannot be returned. Please see the FAQ page regarding sizing issues etc.
Items must be returned new, unused, undamaged and with the original packaging. Please include your original receipt with your return.
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Marianne's studio. Please ensure that any returned items are suitable packaged to protect them in transit. It is recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service (or your country’s equivalent) to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error has been made on Marianne's part from the original order.
For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer.
